I have been using my simple relaxation technique to help people relax for over 20 years. I am pleased to be able to share it now with you. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida (#2853), and a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have 30 years of experience in the mental health field and I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings. I have developed my relaxation technique through study and experience. I would like to thank you for your interest in my technique.
