The Relaxation Technique Basics:
It is well established that Stress is a part of life. We seek not being stress, but this is an elusive goal. Without stress we would not get anything done, it is where we get the energy to take care of our needs and responsibilities. When we become negatively impacted by our stress it becomes distress. When we need to de-stress, we have different ways of trying to make this happen. What we do to relax is sometimes ineffective. I would like to share with you a technique that will help you de-stress. This relaxation technique was developed to help my patients and it can help anyone. You will be able to relax more than you thought possible.
